Established by Norwin A/S of Denmark, Norwin UK Ltd offers the high quality turbine range designed by Norwin A/S, in the 200kw to 750kw size range.

Best known for its incorporation within the iconic Bahrain World Trade Center, the 200/225kw turbine is based on engineered simplicity, a robust design and high quality components.  This sub 50m tip height turbine design has over 25 years of operational experience and improvement under the control of the same design and development team, and is ideally suited to the feed in tariff market.

A significant number of Norwin designed turbines (known as Danwin at that time) installed in the 1980's are still in operation today. On sites like the Alta Mesa wind farm (California), developed in 1988/89 in a harsh, high wind speed (9m/s) location, Danwin turbines have been retained as they continue to offer reliable operation and high levels of availability, where most other turbines of this generation have now been replaced.

To offer further peace of mind, Norwin UK and its partners can offer an optional five year extended parts warranty and the Norwin full service level contract, to take care of the operational and maintenance needs of the turbine, as well as various finance options.
